It’s coming up for Christmas again and one thing I’m really struggling with is what to buy my Dad for a present. If you’re thinking that then you’re right, not exactly the classiest gift I’ve ever given someone. With my Dad’s sense of humor however I think it will go down an absolute treat. The great thing about a talking beer mug is that they demand a refill when they’re getting emptier and emptier. You can wave the beer mug at anyone you like and hope that they’ll take the hint and go and get you a fresh beer from the fridge to pour in. The bad thing about them (besides being really tacky) is that they’re not exactly ascetically pleasing…not that this will bother my Dad however. His beer will look the same no matter if the mug he’s drinking from is talking at him or not. I’ve also seen quite a few mugs out there for some of his favorite TV show’s such as The Simpsons. One of them comes with a button on the handle which when pressed has Homer’s voice screaming out at Moe for more beer. Well at least that’s one person scored off my Christmas shopping list this year.
