Once or twice a year, the back deck may need a good cleaning that you cannot do with a simple broom. Some people like to spend several hours on their hands and knees using a scrub brush, bucket, and soap. I prefer a more efficient method that will not kill my back: I rent a jet washer for the day and spray down the deck with that. It’s so powerful that I have to be careful not to dent the wood with the strong stream of water! I also use it to clean off the walk and roof as well. This is a great way to use technology to save you time and effort! Once your neighbors see it, they will all want to use it as well!
