If you study and work with your dreams, you’ve likely come across the idea of taking certain vitamins or supplements which can effect your dreams. Many products are marketed towards attaining lucid dreaming via a pill. While the truth is far from being so straight forward, there are a few supplements and vitamins whose effects are dreams are astonishing. This article will address these agents.
Like natural herbs used for dream work, such as Calea Zacatechichi or something more common like mugwort, Vitamin B6 is reputed for it’s wildly strong effect on dreams. Rarely a lucid dream inducer, B6 still is reputed for creating intensely realistic and bizarre dream landscapes when taken in safe but large amounts. (Don’t over do it and don’t take it for more than a few nights a month.)
Beyond B6, there are two supplements which are very successful for dream work, and amazingly have a very good track record of inducing lucid dreams. In fact, these two chemicals are the main ingredients of many popular dream supplements. What are we talking about here? They’re called galanamine and choline. Typically, these ingredients are most effective when taken together. Some users report an almost 100% track record when using them modestly for lucid dreaming. Amazing!
