What if you can’t find kitchen curtains to go with your kitchen?
If you find yourself in that situation you can start looking beyond obvious kitchen curtain fabrics – your curtains don’t have to be festooned with fruit or sunflowers, pots and pans to look good in a kitchen.
If necessary choose a plain washable fabric in the right color and have the curtains made to measure your windows. .
Alternatively you can choose blinds.
You can usually buy plain blinds in a toning shade – a plain white shade will always go with cool colors and a plain cream one with warm ones. There are also some delightful mini-blinds with small slats which are a good alternative to kitchen curtains – a silver metallic one would be great with a black or white kitchen and a wooden one would be good with a more natural country style kitchen.
