Perimenopause Symptoms

Perimenopause is the 2-8 years leading up to menopause, for most women itred flower starts in their 40’s but some women can have symptoms in their mid 30’s. Perimenopause symptoms are exactly the same as with actual menopause, you may experience irregular bleeding, mood swings, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and loss of sex drive. The problem that some women have with perimenopause is that the symptoms may come on so slowly and at different times that a lot of women don’t put them all together as having a common cause. It makes sense to think that menopause may be causing your symptoms when your 50 but at 40 it’s a little harder to connect the dots.

If you think you may be entering into perimenopause, be sure to consult with a doctor who can answer all your questions.
