A pool without cover is like a house without roof. In order to protect your pool especially during winter you must have a winter pool cover also, you should really have some good pool safety fences surrounding the pool.
A winter pool cover is made up of solid material. It keeps the pool water clean and clear by preventing twigs, leaves and debris from falling into the pool water. In case of above ground pool, same type of pool cover is used but it is held in place by a combination of winch and vinyl coated cable assembly that runs through grommets in the cover.
