Trampolines Are More Than Just Kids Toys

For a lot of people, when they think of a trampoline, they think of a kids’ toy.  The truth is, trampolines are a whole lot more than that.

Trampolines are a great form of cardiovascular exercise.  If you don’t believe me, just get on one and try to jump around for 20 minutes!  If you’re not out of breath, my guess is that you’re already in pretty good shape.  (Either that or you were really being pretty wimpy with your jumps!)  One of the great things about getting your cardio workout from a tramp rather than jogging, for example, is that it is much less stressful on your joints.  Anyone who is getting up there in years can appreciate that, I’m sure!

One more added benefit one can get from trampoline work is help with their balance and coordination.  These traits are as important for children to develop as it is for older folks to maintain.
